W. Bruce Finley is a mortgage banker in private practice. His educational background stems from degrees in psychology and business with post-graduate work in accounting and finance from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Mr. Finley's knowledge of consumer finance and consulting was developed over the last twenty-eight years involving four Fortune 500 companies and numerous consumer consulting ventures.
Mr. Finley has co-owned one of the largest full-service debt and credit counseling corporations in America from 1989-1993. In 1994 Mr. Finley co-founded C.S.I. Mortgage Corp. and grew it to 350 offices in Texas. During this time he hosted a local television show in Dallas - Today's Money Matter - a show dealing with money management, debt and credit. He has been a guest on numerous radio and television shows to inform listeners and viewers of consumer solutions to finance. He is the author of the Financial Survival Guide, a step-by-step guide to help laid-off workers make intelligent decisions in very difficult and emotional times. His book was contracted and used by employees laid-off at LTV, Bell Helicopter, Super Conducting Super Collider along with many other smaller companies.
Mr. Finley sold C.S.I. Mortgage Corp in 1999 and now operates a mortgage company in Hurst, Texas where he continues to consult and write about consumer money management.
